DeKalb County High Schools-2016 4-Year Cohort Graduation Rate
Congratulations to Cross Keys High School-An 18% Increase in Graduation Rate!!


A few notes about the Region 1 data:

Dunwoody High School: 

Overall Graduation Rate rose from a 2015 rate of 77.9 to 79.7 in 2016.  

Increased rates were noted within the following subgroups:   
  • Hispanic subgroup (55.7 in 2015 to 57.0 in 2016)
  • White subgroup (87.0 in 2015 to 90.6 in 2016)
  • Economically Disadvantaged (61.5 in 2015, 65.9 in 2016) 
Decreased rates in graduation rates from 2015 were noted in the following subgroups:  
  • Asian/Pacific Islander (91 in 2015 to 86.4 in 2016)
  • Black (79.8 in 2016 to 77.0 in 2016)
  • Students with Disability (71.0 in 2015 to 64.1 in 2016)
  • English Learners (50.0 in 2015 to 31.0 in 2016) 
Chamblee Charter High School:

Overall Graduation Rate basically held steady: 85.7 in 2015 vs 85.8 in 2016.   

Increased graduation rates from 2015 were noted within the following subgroups:
  • Asian/Pacific Islander (74.3 in 2015 to 92.0 in 2016)
  • Black (90.0 in 2015 to 90.3 in 2016)
  • Economically Disadvantaged (75.3 in 2015 to 82.8 in 2016) 
Decreased graduation rates were noted in the following subgroups: 
  • Hispanic (63.3 in 2015 to 59.5 in 2016)
  • White (94.2 in 2015 to 85.7 in 2016) 
No data reported for Students with Disabilities  In 2015 that subgroup graduation rate was 31.6. 
No data reported for English Learners in 2015 or 2016

Cross Keys High School 

Cross Keys HS saw a tremendous increase in graduation rates from a 2015 level of 55.8 to a graduation rate of 73.8 in 2016!!

Congratulations to the Cross Keys HS Administration, Teachers and Students!!!

  • Black (62.2 in 2015 to 89.3 in 2016)

  • English Learners (40.8 in 2015 to 56.8 in 2016)
  • Economically Disadvantaged (60.9 in 2015 to 76.1 in 2016)
